Large, generously proportioned, luxurious villa property with 3 Thai style private villas, integrated swimming pool with wading area, Thai sala and waterfall, set on a tropical garden estate.

From the pool-facing terrace the broad sliding glass doors open towards the living area, enabling full access to the bar and kitchen from all areas.

3 bedrooms with two large bathrooms offer ample space for 6. The total floor area is approximately 220 sq.m plus 100 sq.m of covered terrace.

All rooms are fully and luxuriously furnished and include telephone, TV, VCR, stereo system, safe, fan, and air-conditioned bedrooms.

Rental rates include :

Rates are calculated for 2 persons. Each additional person 10 EUR/day.
Children up to 2 years stay for free; 2 - 10 year-olds pay half price. Sheets and towels are included.

Rental Policy:

Electricity:
Say Mai Villa has its own electric meter; actual use (total KWH) will be determined at the end of your vacation. Electricity is payable at the time of departure (one KWH = 8 Bath, approximately 0.18 Euro)

Additional flat rate service and final cleaning fee:
At Say Mai Villa you are charged an additional fee of 200 Bath per night (about 5 Euro). Airport transfer is 800 Bath (about 20 Euro)
These additional fees include airport transfer, weekly housecleaning and change of sheets, final cleaning of the entire home, tropical plants, fresh fruit, welcome drinks, in-between cleaning, check-in and check-out.

Optional at extra cost we can provide you with German cold cuts, rolls and farmer's bread from the island's German butcher each day.
All service and final cleaning fees are due at the time of departure along with payment for electricity.
